Enrollment

Complete the district transfer form - available on the district forms page the first week of August. Transfer forms are on the Springfield Public Schools website. Please select the correct form, “Within District” or “Out of District”.

Enrollment requests must be submitted to the Springfield Public Schools District Office. Brattain cannot accept, nor forward transfer request forms. Please access the SPS District website for more information regarding student transfers and forms. You can return completed form in the following ways:

  • Hand deliver to 640 A Street, Springfield, OR 97477
  • Scan form and send in email to Amy Stephens amy.stephens@springfield.k12.or.us
  • Fax form to 541-726-3316
  • Send via snail mail to 640 A Street, Springfield, OR 97477

 

Application Process and Getting Started

Once you have been notified from the district office you have been approved, register for SPS Online by using ParentVue.

You will receive a welcome letter and will be assigned an advisor. School begins early September.

Complete the Orientation Course (takes approximately 1 hour). This course will not be available until the official start of classes.

Once you complete your Orientation Course, you are ready to start working on your classes.
